How to Take a Scrolling Screen Shot on iPhone & Android | ScreenShotHow

Capture a whole webpage or long conversation in one single tall image. Learn how to use 'Capture More' on Android and 'Full Page' on iPhone.

Standard screenshots only capture what’s on the screen right now. Scrolling screenshots capture the whole length.

1. On iPhone (iOS)

  • Take a standard screenshot.
  • Tap the preview thumbnail in the bottom left corner.
  • At the top, tap the “Full Page” tab.
  • You can now scroll through the whole document and save it as a PDF.

2. On Android (12 and newer)

  • Take a standard screenshot.
  • Tap the “Capture more” button in the floating toolbar at the bottom.
  • Drag the crop handles to include as much of the page as you need.

3. Using Third-Party Apps

If your phone doesn’t support built-in scrolling screenshots, apps like Tailor (iOS) or LongShot (Android) can stitch multiple screenshots together for you.
